So you have decided you need someone to help you buy or rent. Who should you be looking for? Experience, independence and integrity would be a good start.
Property Vision was established in 1983. We have been growing steadily ever since and no one has more knowledge of the niche markets that we operate in. We are the market leader and have been setting the standards in the business of advising buyers since we started. We have been owned by HSBC Private Bank since 2001.
We are not estate agents or the buying arm of an estate agent. This is important because we don't think you can act for a client on both sides at the same time and we would not get the information that we do from estate agents if we were competing with them for sales. Common sense really.
Then there is integrity. Easy to talk about and difficult to find. None of our staff are paid by commission because we believe we also have to be able to tell our clients what not to buy or rent. We endeavour to advise our clients as if they were our friends.
Size matters too. We have more people covering a wider area in London, the country-house market and in France than anyone else. In London, for instance, we have a team of twenty-five people and find it hard to conceive of being able to cover this huge market with less.
